This system is built around a low-profile ARCA-Swiss compatible baseplate that keeps the camera's center of gravity as low as possible, enhancing stability for handheld or shoulder-mounted operation. The design features lens-centered front and rear rod clamps, allowing for the use of longer rods or the attachment of accessories to the back of the rig. A key feature is the double-locking system on the rod clamps, which provides exceptional friction to prevent any torque or rotation from powerful lens motors. The system is available in various configurations, including complete kits for VENICE or Rialto setups, as well as individual 'a la carte' components. This modularity allows for seamless integration and ensures a consistent optical center when switching between different camera bodies within the Sony Cinema Line.

Key Features

Modular baseplate system for the Sony VENICE and Rialto camera families

Low-profile ARCA-Swiss design for a low center of gravity and improved stability

Compatible with bridge plates that use the ARRI Standard height

Lens-centered rod clamps with a high-friction, double-locking system to resist lens motor torque

Maintains a consistent optical center across VENICE and Rialto configurations

Available as complete kits or as individual 'a la carte' components

Specifications

Specification

Detail

SKU

WC-A00276

EAN/UPC

655466773908

Country of Origin

United States of America

https://dittools.eu/products/wooden-camera-baseplate-system-sony-venice-venice-2-rialto-rialto-2-rialto-mini
