This chassis simplifies power management for multiple converters used in signal conversion and distribution. It can accommodate up to 12 standard-size Mini-Converters, with options to install up to 24 smaller units like the FiDO series or up to 6 next-generation converters using optional adapter cables. This specific configuration, DRM2-PLUS-P2, is equipped with redundant power supplies, making it ideal for mission-critical applications in broadcasting and live events where reliability is paramount. It features a passive cooling faceplate and a hinged front panel that allows for easy access to the converters without needing to remove the entire frame from the rack.

Key Features

3RU rackmount frame for up to 12 AJA Mini-Converters

Redundant power supply for mission-critical reliability

Passive cooling faceplate

Hinged front panel for easy access to installed converters

Provides 13x +12V DC regulated power outputs

Supports various converter sizes with optional Y-cables and adapters

Specifications

Specification

Detail

SKU

DRM2-PLUS-P2

EAN/GTIN

812321033397

Mounting Capacity

12x mounting slots for AJA Mini-Converters

Power Input

Universal 100-240V, 50/60Hz

Power Output

13x +12V DC regulated outputs

Power Consumption

288 Watts maximum

Dimensions (w x d x h)

19.0" x 17.9" x 5.22" (48.26 x 45.47 x 13.26 cm)

Weight

9.3 lbs (4.2 kg) (with 12x carriers, hardware, power harness, and power cord)

Operating Temperature

0 to 40 C (32 to 104 F)

Country of Origin

USA
