Suitable for mobile trucks, edit suites, and AV flypacks, it connects via a standard Ethernet network and can control up to four separate KUMO routers from a single location. The destination-oriented panel features 80 buttons, allowing operators to select up to 64 sources and 64 destinations per router. It supports advanced workflows with features like ganged dual and quad port routing for 4K/UltraHD and 8K/UltraHD2 signals. The KUMO CP2 also allows for the recall of up to eight pre-configured salvos per router, enabling complex routing changes with a single button press. Configuration is handled through an embedded web server accessible from any browser on the network, with initial IP setup simplified via a Mini-USB port and AJA's eMini-Setup software.

Key Features

2RU control panel for all AJA KUMO SDI routers

Controls up to four KUMO routers over an Ethernet network

80 buttons for selecting up to 64 sources and 64 destinations

Supports ganged dual and quad port routing for 4K/8K workflows

Eight dedicated salvo buttons for instant recall of routing configurations

Optional redundant power supply for maximum reliability

Five-year warranty

Specifications

Specification

Detail

SKU

KUMO-CP2-R0

EAN/GTIN

892448000618

Router Support

KUMO 1604, 1616, 3232, 6464, 1616-12G, 3232-12G, 6464-12G

User Interface

80 buttons with removable overcap for lens chips

Network Interface

1x RJ-45, 10/100/1000 Ethernet

USB Interface

1x Mini-USB for IP configuration

Power

External 10-14VDC regulated (AC adapter included), optional redundant supply

Size (w x d x h)

17.4" x 1.3" x 3.5" (441.96 x 33.02 x 88.9 mm)

Form Factor

2RU

Weight

2.1 lb (1.0 kg)

Country of Origin

USA
